"Pathetic service at the hotel. The lift service was horrible… it took like ages to reach from one floor to the other. Most irresponsible management we ever faced in the hotel industry. Nothing was delivered as promised for the price quoted. In fact the hotel staff kept on blaming each other for the food, menu, room cleanliness. All the guests had to face so much issue due to the non-working conditions of the AC in such terrible heat. Security was an issue when it came to allowing unwanted people hindering our wedding functions. Clearly not a place where anyone would like to stay. Highly not recommended for anyone."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is well-deserved. The room was absolutely filthy – I found cockroaches and spiders, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that charges these rates. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they were shockingly rude and dismissive, offering no real solution or even a proper apology. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and cleanliness is apparently optional. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else."

"Bad hotel and services. Booked it for my wedding haldi mehandi for family yesterday. There were cockroaches, bad and dirty washrooms, no waiter available, pathetic life forever- you will wait forever to to go to any floor. No person will attend you . If you are going for wedding, then don't do. There no lights and other decor. Please don't book this hotel or never recommend to anybody else. For the payment as well, third parties were waiting for payment from them, they were reaching out to guest before one day for payment clearing to their third parties."

"This is a newly built location. The interactions before our function with the manager and staff was such a pain. Most of the time they did not respond. They did not arrange the decor as promised on time and when they did it last minute it was really underwhelming. The food menu that was discussed was missing key items necessary for the rituals. Found spiders in beds. Most of the ACs were not working in the scorching heat. The lift wasnt working properly adding pain to the senior guests of the family who could not take stairs. The rooms were not wheelchair accessible. You would not want so much chaos and pain in your special moments. Please avoid booking them! Adding response to your reply: nothing that is mentioned here was out of the blue. Everything was discussed well in advance and confirmed upon. The basic courtesy and kind of hospitality that you guys provide is clearly visible by your comment!"

"Stayed here for a few days and had a disappointing experience. The rooms were below expectations, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, and the cleanliness standards were poor. The tea kettles didn’t work, room service was extremely slow, and the washrooms were not well-maintained. Please keep these points in mind before making a booking."
